We started using this company when we replaced our furnace and air conditioning almost 2 years ago. Quality product and installation, great customer service with follow up with maintenance appointments. Today we had a hot water heater installed and a maintenance appointment. Both were completed effectively and efficiently.

Top to bottom I give 10* These guys and gals are everything you would wish for in the service industry from top to bottom. The owner, the customer service team, and the gentlemen that did a fantastic job on replacement of my AC and furnace unit I cannot compliment enough. Caleb installed a new hot water heater. His workmanship was superior to other home installation crews I have had in my home. He was also very courteous and cleaned the work area up better than he found it. Overall I was very pleased with the final product and will do business with Charter in the future.
