I had Charter Home Comfort come out and replace an old whole house humidifier system.
Kaleb did a great job removing the old moldy system and making sure everything was working on the new system. He went above and beyond making sure everything worked, and explaining the system to me. I could not be happier!

Technician came at time indicated, parked in road so nothing may leak from truck on my driveway. Impressed, verry professional and reviewed repair request, did a safety inspection and operation test.
