I had an issue with my furnace and was without heat. Charter Home Comfort sent a technician same day and was able to inspect the unit and resolve the problem in less than an hour. My technician, Dieter, was timely, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!
24 hours staff was immediately responsive to my online request and I scheduled HVAC maintenance for first thing in the morning. Deiter came out on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable of our HVAC system. He found the problem quickly and gave extra pointers on keeping our system running efficiently. Even helped me install the app to control our thermostat remotely. We've been using Charter for years and they never dissapoint!

We were referred to Charter Home Comfort by a close friend who highly recommended the Smooth Sailing Club Maintenance Plan. We were in need of a local HVAC company we could rely on for short and long-term servicing needs and were more than happy and completely surprised by the "above and beyond" service we received from multiple team members – which even included the president / owner (Brian). It was discovered during the initial inspection that a previously installed chimney sleeve was improperly vented with sub-par materials, which was both unsafe and inappropriate for our hot water tank and furnace units. Lynnette (Office Manager) and Deiter (technician) worked together in lockstep to communicate, coordinate and deploy a trusted contractor to reinstall the correct sleeve / liner and to install the replacement hot water tank (replaced as was nearly 15 years old) and complete our full furnace and humidifier inspection. In what may have taken a week or so to coordinate was completed in just hours – preventing us from losing hot water service and giving us peace of mind. It is truly rare these days to witness such a concerted team effort with such focus on the customer! Lynnette, Deiter, Ryan and Jake were all incredible, professional, informative and efficient. This was "WOW" service, and we look forward to doing business with them going forward.
