Service was very professional also gave me very good tips on how to maintenance the hot water tank and keeping dust off and how often the furnace filter needs to be changed,Tech also showed me how to change the battery on the thermostat he was very patient very informative and more, based on the service I received today I would recommend this technician / company over and over again

We have been using Luedtke services mainly for yearly maintenance, but the two times we had an emergency the team responded immediately. The first time we had an emergency was 4 years ago on our daughters wedding day. The bridesmaids were at our house getting ready and the air conditioning went out. It was a 93 degree day! It was a Saturday, called explained the issue and they were out quick and repaired the air conditioner. Second issue was last week and our furnace wasn't working. This was a Sunday, left a message in the early morning and had someone at our house later that morning. It was an older furnace and we decided to replace it. They just finished the job. In the four years between issues, the quality of their service has remained consistent and at the top of the scale. The whole staff we have dealt with are all friendly, knowledgeable and provided options to help make our decisions on repairs or replace. Based on our experiences, we would highly recommend them.
