This is the second time we've used this company and I would absolutely recommend them. Each time my technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. The prices are fair and reasonable and the work seems to be quality. I rarely write reviews yet I always check the reviews before I call a company. This company is definitely worth a call!
Called at 8am, their tech showed up an hour early same day, had my problem fixed and ac back on within an hour. Called five other companies that couldn't see me for a minimum of a week. This company is A1. I expected a hard hit, and I was only charged a third of what I expected to pay today. Will be using them from now on for future maintenance!
They installed a new furnace next day when ours went out in the middle of the winter. That was 5 years ago. I needed some service for a preasure switch and they were out in a few hours. Parts were under warranty.
Had a gas leak in my master bedroom that needed to be fixed and my technician Allen was great from start to finish. He showed up on time, spoke with my home warranty company on the phone to assist in getting the repair covered and then completed the work in a timely fashion. Cleaned up and double checked everything before he left and the entire time he was very helpful and informative which was great from a first time home owners perspective. Would definitely recommend Luedtke to anyone in need!
