Our AC broke last week (Temps in the 90's) and they sent a tech out within an hour. He found that being the unit was 24 years old it would cost more money to test it and couldn't guarantee it would work. Therefore, we decided to bite the bullet and get a new furnace and AC. Lori ran tests and gave us 3 different quotes, along with her reports - Good, Better and Best. After reviewing the info we chose to go with the Best. They installed the system today and we couldn't be happier with the professionalism and courtesy they showed. They were here 10 hours and worked diligently. They cleaned up everything and hauled it all away. They took time to show us how it all worked, and answered all our questions. We will definitely recommend Luedtke's to everyone!!
In a single word "perfect" Thanks Again
Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday with the temperature in the 90s and the humidity terrible. We called Luedtke Heating and Cooling and they came out within the hour. They told us the whole unit was gone. The next morning they called and said they could come out and pull the old unit, but not install the new systems until Wednesday. Temperature was in the 90s and promised to climb higher. Matt, Tom and Jake came out, stayed all day and by 7:00pm we had a whole new heating and cooling system installed and our house was on its way to being comfortable again. We are very satisfied customers. They were very polite and professional all day, took the time to teach us about the new thermostat and cleaned up all the old material and the packing material. Thank you again gentleman! We are so happy!
Love the team at Luedtke Heating and Cooling for their professionalism and commitment to excellence! I called this morning and they fit me in today. My AC is fried but Tom tried his best to save it. In the end I only paid for the service call and I think Tom felt worse than me that he couldn't fix it! They definitely will be installing the new one.
